Youth Sport Mental Health & Wellness Alliance Events

The Youth Sports Mental Health and Wellness Alliance is made up of youth sport organizations and leaders throughout Eastern Virginia who are committed to support and promote positive mental health and wellness.

This registration serves as your  annual "Membership Agreement Form" for 2024. 

By filling out and submitting this member registration form you agree to:

• Be a "member in good standing," defined as attending, or sending a representative to attend, a minimum of 3 meetings a year. 
• Being an active participant in meetings and a member of at least one subcommittee.
• Support the mission of the YSMHW Alliance: To bring together the eastern region’s youth sports leaders to support and promote positive mental health and wellness.

By becoming a member of the YSMHW Alliance your name or your organization's name, website and contact will be listed on the website, as long as you are a "member in good standing."
