This year, we are mixing it up on the Cape and giving you our yoga +run weekend concept with a ridiculously exciting swag bag.

Registration is capped, but we have some spaces left for this year's Fitness Weekend. We hope you'll join us! Registration fee includes yoga, a welcome party and beach happy hour, a guided group run through North Falmouth, and a post-yoga/run party on Old Silver Beach.
