There are a limited amount of spots available so to hold your room you'll need to pay your deposit as soon as possible! Once we sell out, we may not be able to offer you these same rates!

Deposit: $250 due by September 30th ($100 discount offered to VIP members till September 16th)

Second Payment Due: $350 by December 2nd

Third Payment Due: $350 by February 3rd

Fourth Payment Due: $350 by April 7th

Fifth Payment Due: $200 by June 2nd

Final Payment Due: by August 18, 2023 (individual electronic payment invoices will be sent)

1. What will be included in this price?

• 5-star hotel guestroom accommodations 

• Unlimited wireless internet access in guestrooms and at the pools

2. What is NOT included in the price?

• Airfare to Montreal

• Airport Transfers

• Excursions (Add-On)

• Meals outside of BBG Events

• Service-based gratuity i.e. utilizing bell services for baggage handling, etc. 

3. How do I make my next payments?

All additional payments will be collected through Events.com. Once initial deposit payments are closed on September 30th the Events.com page will be re-opened to collect each next payment. Final payments will be collected by Superville Travel.

4. Do I need a roommate to make my initial payment?

Already having a roommate is ideal but not needed. We are offering roommate pairing for double occupancy only, but it's not guaranteed. Our double occupancy rooms are limited. 

5. Are airport transfers included?

No, airport transfers are not included.

6. What are the COVID-19 guidelines?

Canada requires anyone entering to have at least 2 COVID-19 vaccine doses or a combination of at least 2 doses. You must be vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.

To enter, you need to qualify as a fully vaccinated traveler:

• To qualify, follow the checklist of what you need to have ready at the border

• your ArriveCAN receipt must have the letter I, V, or A beside your name

7. What is the refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after September 30th, 2022, thru December 31, 2022, will incur a penalty of $100 per person. Cancellations after December 31, 2022, thru March 24th, 2023, will incur a penalty of $300 per person. Cancellations after March 24th, 2023, thru June 1, 2023, will incur a penalty of $400 per person.

No refunds after August 1, 2023.

8. Do I need a passport?

Yes, US citizens must present a valid passport and a connecting flight or return ticket.
