2024 Frontier 500 Media Registration
DESCRIPTION
We invite you to join us for the 2024 Frontier 500 - This event is open to all classes.
April 17-21, 2024
This is point to point race that will Start in Pahurmp and end in Yerington. Race will start Friday April 19th and run into early Saturday April 20th
There will be Media Fees for this event. Starting at this event, all Media will need to be in a Legacy Media Vest. We will no longer allow Media vests from other Organizations. Please make sure if you have one to bring it with you or order one if you do not. Event Shirts will be provided to all media who pre-register.
You will be able to pick up your Media Credentials Thursday, April 18 from 10 am- 2:00pm inside the Pahrump Nugget. There will be a Mandatory Media Meeting at 2:30 pm on Thursday. This Meeting is MANDATORY for all MEDIA, no EXCEPTIONS. If you can't make the meeting than you can't make the race.
Wednesday, April 17 - Qualifying for Select Classes
Thursday, April 18th - Registration, Tech & Contingency - Pahrump, NV
Friday April 19th - Race Day
Saturday April 20th - Awards
Important Details:
Media Registration will be at Pahrump Nugget in the Event Center - Thursday, April 18 from 11 am to 2 pm
Mandatory Media Meeting at 2:30 pm at Pahrump Nugget in the Event Center Thursday
1. By applying for and receiving credentials for this event, you agree to supply Legacy Racing with sample images and video (whichever is applicable) from this event for Legacy's use in advertising and marketing their events.
2. You will be required to show your I.D., vest and lanyard from any racing organization and execute a Legacy Racing Association Liability Disclaimer.
3. DON'T FORGET - BRING YOUR NUMBERED VEST - We will have some on site for sale if you forget. Vest MUST BE LEGACY. Flags not required.
4. DRONES must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.net prior to April 12th
5. Helicopters must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.netprior to April 12th
6. Refunds - Must cancel 48 hours prior to Race to receive a full refund (Tuesday April 16)
