2025 Baja Nevada The Long Way Media Registration

We invite you to join us for this 1000 mile historic event

June 25-29, 2025

Race day starts Friday 6/27 but will run into Saturday 6/28 - this is a non stop race so be prepared.

Event Shirts will be provided to all media who pre-register. 

You will be able to pick up your Media Credentials Wednesday, June 25 from 1-2pm or Thursday June 26 from 8am -1pm. If you plan on shooting qualifying you will have to register Wednesday There will be a Mandatory Media Meeting at 3:30 pm on Thursday, - you must pick up your credentials before meeting.

 This Meeting is MANDATORY for all MEDIA, no EXCEPTIONS. If you can't make the meeting than you can't make the race. 

 Important Details: 

Media Registration Wed June 25 from 1-2pm or Thursday June 26 from 8am -1pm - Pahrump Nugget Event Center

Mandatory Media Meeting at 3:30 pm -  Pahrump Nugget Event Center - 

 1. By applying for and receiving credentials for this event, you agree to supply Legacy Racing with sample images and video (whichever is applicable) from this event for Legacy's use in advertising and marketing their events.

 2. You will be required to show your I.D., vest and lanyard from any racing organization and execute a Legacy Racing Association Liability Disclaimer.

 3. DON'T FORGET - BRING YOUR NUMBERED VEST & MEDIA FLAGS - We will have some on site for sale if you forget. Vest MUST BE LEGACY.  

 4. DRONES must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.net prior to June 18th

 5. Helicopters must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.net prior to June 18th

 6. Refunds - Must cancel 48 hours prior to Race to receive a full refund
