2025 Parker Dam Media Registration

We invite you to join us for Kick off event of 2025 the Parker Dam 500

February 19-23, 2025

We'll have two days of racing, Friday & Saturday 2/21 & 2/22

There is a Media Fees for this event. Event Shirts will be provided to all media who pre-register. 

You will be able to pick up your Media Credentials Wednesday, February 19 from 7-8:30 pm or Thursday, February 20 from Noon-3:30pm. There will be a Mandatory Media Meeting at 3:30 pm on Friday, Location TBD. This Meeting is MANDATORY for all MEDIA, no EXCEPTIONS. If you can't make the meeting than you can't make the race. 

 Important Details:

Mandatory Media Meeting at 3:30 pm 

 1. By applying for and receiving credentials for this event, you agree to supply Legacy Racing with sample images and video (whichever is applicable) from this event for Legacy's use in advertising and marketing their events.

 2. You will be required to show your I.D., vest and lanyard from any racing organization and execute a Legacy Racing Association Liability Disclaimer.

 3. DON'T FORGET - BRING YOUR NUMBERED VEST & MEDIA FLAGS - We will have some on site for sale if you forget. Vest MUST BE LEGACY. MEDIA Flags will be required and must be the American Flag Window attachment (if you were around in 2023 for the Stateline Shootout, they are same flags) 

 4. DRONES must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.net prior to February 14th

 5. Helicopters must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.netprior to February 14th

 6. Refunds - Must cancel 48 hours prior to Race to receive a full refund
