Trevor Cooke
Group CEO, Commercial & General

With an outstanding track record in funds management globally, Trevor leads Commercial & General as an integrated development to delivery and funds management property firm.

Trevor’s exceptional credentials have been gained through various positions including as Managing Director – Global Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific for UBS and Managing Director of AMP Brookfield.

His leadership and strategic involvement has been critical in the delivery of major projects including the $345m Calvary Adelaide Hospital and the $500m Australian Bragg Centre alongside significant defence manufacturing and logistics assets across the country.

Trevor sits across boards for Junction Australia, the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association and the Committee for Adelaide.


Nerida Conisbee
Chief Economist, Ray White

Nerida brings over two decades of property research expertise to her role as Ray White's chief economist. As one of Australia's foremost property experts, she regularly shares market insights across major media platforms, including recurring segments on ABC Breakfast discussing economic matters and Channel 7 Sunrise analysing property trends. Her analysis features prominently in Ray White's publications, including Ray White Now.

In addition to her media presence, Nerida holds significant industry positions, serving as Chair of the Construction Forecasting Council and participating in the Australian Taxation Office's Foreign Investment Stakeholder Group. She frequently briefs major Government bodies on property market conditions.

Throughout her career spanning the Asia Pacific region, Nerida has held senior positions at leading commercial agencies and consulting firms, developing comprehensive expertise in both residential and commercial property from investor and occupier perspectives.

She completed her education at the University of Melbourne, earning a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours and a Masters of Commerce, specialising in Econometrics. 

Daniel Jones
Director, RLB

Daniel has been a Director at RLB Adelaide since 2011 and brings over two decades of quantity surveying expertise across a broad range of sectors, including health, education, tourism, residential, commercial, and infrastructure. His career has seen him lead teams in Sydney, Melbourne, and Darwin, where he managed the local office and oversaw funding and certification for major financial institutions.

Renowned for his deep industry knowledge and trusted client relationships, he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of landmark projects in South Australia’s Biomedical Precinct, including SAHMRI, the Australian Bragg Centre for Proton Therapy, the University of Adelaide Medical and Nursing School, as well as the recently completed, Health and Medical Research Building in southern Adelaide’s biomedical research precinct for Flinders University.

Daniel is known for his pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, and his commitment to achieving the best commercial outcomes for clients.
