Join world-renowned Chef Rick Bayless, whose iconic restaurants Topolobampo and Frontera Grill put modern Mexican cuisine onto the US map, for a magical culinary experience under the festive twinkling market lights and olive trees in the Garden at Rancho Valencia.  Savor a sumptuous, plated, multi-course, culinary display by the American master of Mexican cuisine. Considered by Bayless to be the most talented young chef in Baja, Chef Sheyla Alvarado of Lunario in the Valle de Guadalupe will also contribute to this extraordinary evening.

Winemaker Gustavo Gonzales and Fernando Perez Castro, owner of Finca la Carrodilla and Lomita from the Valle de Guadalupe will be in attendance as well.  Estate grown, family-owned, and considered the leading Mexican wineries in organic viticulture, Lomita and Finca la Carrodilla’s exquisite wines will delight you with their rich complexity and flavor profiles.

6:30 pm – Curated cocktails, wines of Finca La Carrodilla and Lomita, and small plates.

7:30 pm – Seated, plated, multi-course feast under the twinkling lights.
