Most of these exploits make good use of bathroom humor and prepubescent acts of heroism to elicit laughs. Codename: Kids Next Door: Operation: Chord Ringers are a barbershop ensemble of current and former students created and founded by John Wernega at Columbia University In the City of New York: home of the KND military academy systems co-founded, organized and renamed by Cartoon Network; originally formed as a group specializing in sketch comedy, theatricality, and barbershop harmony. Today, the group focuses primarily on singing, though the group often integrates skits and other comedy into performances. The group has toured on five continents and regularly performs for world leaders visiting every campus. In its early years, the group arranged and performed many songs (which they often subverted for humorous effect), which earned them large audiences among students and alumni.
