Dear Members and Friends of NFD&MA District IV,

The District Governor and District IV State Presidents invite you to join us in the Great City of Indianapolis, Indiana for our 2021 District Meeting.  Indiana Select will be our host and we will have great fellowship and lectures.

The Weekend of September 18, 2021 will begin with a fellowship at Quincy J. Webster Funeral Chapel 2805 N. Franklin Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46229 7:00pm until 10:30pm.  The fellowship will continue at the Indiana Select Hospitality Suite at the host hotel, Marriot East 7202 E. 21^st Street, Indianpolis.

6 hours of Continuing Education will begin at 10:00am Sunday at the Marriott Hotel East

Early Registration is only $100 until September 6, 2021 (This includes Continuing Education, food and fellowship on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday)

Late Registration $125 September 7, 2021 – September 13, 2021.  NO ONSITE REGISTRATION.
