Aging systems infrastructure, aging workforce, talent shortages and predicted knowledge gaps the size of the Grand Canyon…

Join anti-average advocate Sarah J. Bohnenkamp to dive deep into leadership and how it’s the number one solution to solving the complex challenges facing the water industry in a post-Covid world.

Explore anti-average leadership in the world of water so you can:

  • Learn how to enhance your leadership brand and presence, up-level your communication competencies, and consistently find inspiration for innovation and team engagement
  • Discuss REAL human capitol issues facing the water world, with leaders who understand the realities of working within the often conflicting demands of city leadership, sustainability agendas, time and budget resource gaps, persistent growth goals, and more, and identify clear next steps that should be taken to drive change.
  • Get clear on tactics that will help you build deeper and more meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across organizations and across the water industry.

If you read my resume, you’ll see in the nearly 20 years since earning my BA degree, I've successfully performed in formal leadership roles in every organization in which I've worked. I quickly climbed the ladder of corporate leadership success, serving most recently as an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer in the beef industry (an industry that I did NOT grow up in).

I am a hope dealer and anti-average advocate.

I help people who want to blaze epic trails and who say "NO!" to mediocre.

I serve professionals who are being called to show up in much bigger ways. Leaders who are looking to re-define the rhythm of their leadership.

I stimulate conversations that matter with leaders, entrepreneurs, and global businesses, helping them explore extraordinary strengths and uncomfortable truths so they can be leveraged to shape powerful plans and projects.

I help my clients move from merely thinking about making an epic impact, and maybe tinkering around a bit...to actually DOING it.
