FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

• Your eSAX ticket printout entitles you to take OC Transpo for FREE to, and from the event!
• You can purchase an underground parking pass during the eSAX registration process to make your networking experience worry-free!
• The Glebe has plenty of on-street meter parking throughout the neighborhood (but please make sure to pay attention to all City of Ottawa parking signs).

What is the run-down of eSAX?

• Feel free to view this cool #MannequinChallenge video to get an idea on the overall layout of eSAX. (Pretty neat eh?)
• The first three hours or so are open networking, where people can visit the booths, mix, mingle and interact in a pleasant atmosphere. (fyi, we highly recommend our signature cocktail 'Sax on the Beach')!!

What should I wear?

• Business casual.

• eSAX is a professional entrepreneur networking event, but with a more social aspect. (In fact, the letter 'S' in eSAX actually stands for the word 'social'! You may wish to also consider branding yourself for maximum exposure.

• Yellow and black colors are encouraged, but fedoras would be awesome!!

Refunds

• Will not be available. However, if an individual purchased a ticket but cannot attend, the ticket IS transferable. Please contact the organizer prior to the online registration deadline. After on-line registration has closed, transferring tickets will NO LONGER be applicable.
