Battle of the Bulge Honor Walk 

76th Anniversary

As we move into the cold weather of the holiday season, the Best Defense Foundation’s commitment to honoring our WWII Veterans remains as strong as ever. We will always remember and never forget the sacrifices and valor exhibited by our armed forces during the Battle of Bulge.

In partnership with Events.com we are hosting an Honor Walk on December 20, 2020 to remember the fallen and honor the heroes of the battle that turned the tide of WWII on the last German Offensive of WWII.

We would like to invite you, your family, and friends to join us as we walk together to pay tribute to The 76th Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. 

5K is the suggested distance but feel free to walk any distance you decide. You will be in solidarity with all of us around the world to remember the day that changed history. Start time is up to the individual or group. We recommend finding a time to walk on December 20 that will best facilitate social distancing.

Participants are encouraged to start a TEAM and get your family and friends together for an organized walk in your area. Pick a TEAM name to honor a family member who served, a military unit, or your city. 

Show your patriotism, take pictures, and have fun! Use this time to educate your children about the events that turned the tide of victory for the Allies during that cold December in 1944.

The Best Defense Foundation will be streaming live footage from Battle of the Bulge locations on our social media channels on December 20th, weather permitting.
