  1. Respect for the Property: Please treat the beautiful beachfront property and its surroundings with care and respect. Avoid littering and dispose of waste in designated bins.

  2. Use of Bathroom: For your convenience, the house is off-limits, except for accessing the bathroom through the garage entrance. Please respect this rule to maintain privacy and minimize disturbances.

  3. Water Safety: We encourage you to enjoy the beach, but keep in mind that the water is rocky. Enter the water at your own risk and always wear watershoes to protect your feet from sharp rocks.

  4. Responsible Drinking: We promote responsible drinking. Please drink in moderation and be mindful of your limits. If you believe someone has had too much to drink, reach out for assistance.

  5. No Drinking and Driving: We strictly prohibit drinking and driving. If you plan to consume alcohol, arrange for a designated driver, use public transportation, or contact local ride-sharing services to ensure a safe journey home.

  6. Noise Consideration: While we want everyone to have a blast, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all neighbours.

  7. Respect for Others: Treat your friends, family, and performers with kindness and respect. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  8. Safety First: In case of any emergencies or safety concerns, seek help immediately. We are here to ensure your well-being and enjoyment.

  9. Tent City Accommodation: For those seeking a memorable camping experience, Tent City is available. Feel free to bring your own tents or contact Ben at 705-441-3369 if you need a spare tent or additional space to sleep.

  10. Health and Wellness: If you feel unwell during the event, there will be a designated Safe Zone and Hydration Area where you can rest, rehydrate, and receive assistance if needed. Please don't hesitate to ask for help or notify a friend if you or someone else requires medical attention.

  11. Follow Local Regulations: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to any local laws and regulations, especially regarding bonfires, noise restrictions, and wildlife conservation.
