Please join us in a celebration of Big Bill, athlete, persona extravaganza, the Ambassador for Humanity and Chairman Emeritus for SDSI. Hear and share Bill stories about the first days at SDSI, his legacy of non-comformity, his celebration of the underdog entrepreneur. And help us fulfill his legacy of Support of the Lucky Duck Foundation, and its mission to find near term practical solutions to the human crisis of Homelessness.  Expect the unexpected as we follow Bill’s direction to “Shine On” with a special presentation of the Bill Walton Shine On award for Community leadership. 

Remember this advice from Bill?  “The best way to get where you are going is to ask someone on the way back!” The person to “ask” is exactly the service the SDSI Accelerator has provided now to over 150 young companies. We will acknowledge a special member of the Mentor community, and celebrate their commitment to executive leadership that was so fundamental to Bill’s belief in the young entrepreneur.

Uniting behind Bill, SDSI has supported the LDF for several years. Our contributions have provided over 400 “sleeping bag Jackets.” This year the event fee will go directly to LDF. $50 for members, Mentors and their guests…all others welcome, $75.00

Somehow, we think we will all live forever. We have lost Bill and now it is our assignment to create his legacy, starting December 11 and continuing in all we do as we try to live up to his amazing standards. Please attend with a guest.
