Clinic: Structured Training. What is it, & who needs it?

DESCRIPTION

It’s safe to say when most people hear the word “training” they assume it’s something reserved for elite riders. But, simply put, training is for anyone trying to achieve a goal. Your goal might be a Gran Fondo, travel, long distance rides or general health and wellness. Cycling is also safer and often times more enjoyable when you have better fitness.

Studio Velo will be hosting an informative evening to discuss training, power meters, setting goals, bike fit and any questions you might have. Local experts Dana Williams from Achieve Performance & Coaching and Brenda Lyons from Pioneer Cycle Sports will be joining us. They will share their deep knowledge and help us to understand structured training and how we might better integrate it into our daily rides.
