DESCRIPTION

The spring edition of the DTR Endurance Challenge, part of the Trail Runner Magazine Trophy Series, covering four distances at the beautiful Jonathan Dickinson State Park, in Hobe Sound, FL.

Along the run, participants will experience scenic overlooks, creek crossings, and wildlife in 13 natural communities, including sand pine scrub, pine flat woods, mangroves, and river swamps turning the race into a complete natural adventure.

Most of the course runs on beautiful single track trails winding throughout this wild and scenic park, where you'll encounter the famous Dunes of Heaven (13.1, 50K) and Dunes of Hell (50K).

South Florida's toughest 50k just got tougher. Together with Dunes of Heaven, the course now consists the Dunes of Hell, steep rolling dunes of sugar sand, that will make your legs melt.
