This 3 hour all ages workshop will take at:

St Thomas High School

Session includes:

-Throwing Mechanics

-Developing footwork and movement

-Progressing off platform throwing

-Advancing defensive reads

This is a workshop/teaching environment, all drills are selected to help Quarterbacks and skill players develop in their positions.
