About the Summit:

The aim of the Summit is to empower 350 women entrepreneurs and women business leaders to navigate the unique challenges they face conducting business globally. Through inspiring keynotes, targeted workshops, and unparalleled networking opportunities, our summit is designed to catalyze growth and innovation for women in business.

Prospera Women provides skills, resources, and funding opportunities for women-led startups, and is poised for global expansion, with 12 chapters launched worldwide in 2023.

The platform, a B-Corporation spun out from the parent company US Market Access Center, offers rapid growth programs and online resources for women entrepreneurs. Addressing the disparity in venture capital funding for female founders, Prospera Women aims to level the playing field and facilitate international market expansion. With a track record of supporting women entrepreneurs across multiple countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, and securing sponsorship of $500K+, Prospera Women is launching additional chapters worldwide and plans to host more global summits. Planned chapter launches in 2024: Athens, Greece; Rome, Italy; Trieste, Italy; Budapest, Hungary; Barcelona, Spain and Warsaw, Poland. 

Track record

  • To date, we’ve delivered 8 women’s rapid growth programs, supporting 87 women entrepreneurs in 11 countries, supported by sponsorship of more than $400,000 from foreign governments. Approximately 1/3 of the startups we helped have raised $60M+ from investors within 18 months. One startup from Tbilisi, Georgia was acquired by a NYC-based firm for $18M.

  • In 2023, we launched 12 chapters in Europe, Asia, Africa and Middle East, comprising a community of more than 500 women entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners

About the Dlab Cagliari (https://www.cagliaridlab.it/)

DLAB Cagliari Digital Lab develops research projects, experiments with, and transfers new technologies in sectors considered strategic to the unique characteristics and economic fabric of the city of Cagliari.

DLAB was created by the Municipality of Cagliari, the project leader, in collaboration with a partnership consisting of two research institutes, CRS4 and the University of Cagliari, two network operators, WindTre and TIM, two internationally significant Sardinian SMEs, Abinsula and GreenShare, the startup WiData, and two competence centers, Artes 4.0 and Cyber 4.0. The synergy between the partners aims to transfer expertise to benefit the local entrepreneurial landscape.
