MORE EXCITING THAN A GENERAL ELECTION … It’s Interfaith Glasgow’s ANNUAL SUPPORTERS MEETING!
After you’ve voted, come and join us for a delicious FREE DINNER (who said there was no such thing?!) and to connect with friends old and new.
You’ll have a chance to hear about all our work across the city over the past year, from providing refugee support and fostering food justice; to tackling prejudice and creating space for difficult dialogues. We’ll update you on the finances of the organisation and get your feedback on our plans for the future; and, of course, you’ll be able to pick up a copy of the shiny new edition of our annual magazine, Flourish, hot off the press!
We’ll also introduce you to our ground-breaking new project exploring Restorative Justice approaches to healing the harm done by faith-based hate and conflict, on which we’re partnering with Faith & Belief Forum and Why Me?. You’ll have a chance to have your say on what healing might look like in a range of scenarios, helping to inform the project, while building links with people from across Glasgow’s diverse communities.
And, as always, there’ll be lovely food to share and plenty of time for relaxed interfaith chat!
Places are limited, so snap up yours quick! We can’t wait to welcome you!
With all good wishes,
The Interfaith Glasgow Team
