Join us for an evening of culinary street art exploration and sensory delight at our exclusive pop-up event, Mirano's Tacos: Culinary Street Art by Chef Stephen Trujillo. Mirano's Tacos will offer an immersive dining experience that takes you on a journey of discovery through a menu featuring innovative and unexpected flavor combinations, with an elevated and avant-garde approach to the LA street taco experience. Our event will also include a Salsa Bar, Agua Frescas, Ice Cream, and much more!
Chef Stephen Trujillo, from 3 Michelin Star The French Laundry, has curated a menu of extraordinary street tacos that are fully reminiscent of the everyday LA street taco experience, while blending authentic and modern techniques to create a truly unique dining experience that demonstrates how artistic street food is akin to street graffiti art murals in the culinary world. From locally sourced, organic ingredients to handmade tortillas, Chef Trujillo will use the latest cooking techniques and freshest ingredients to create dishes that are as visually stunning & drool-worthy, as they are thought-provoking and delicious.
As you feast, you'll be guided through the menu of uniquely crafted tacos paired with our Mira x Stephen Trujillo limited edition "El Bandito" habanero & truffle hot sauce, launching for the first time at the event and available for sale. Our hot sauce features Mirano, or as the streets call him, "El Bandito", who is bko310's Clone #18216, an NFT from the Clone X NFT Project by RTFKT Studios (parent company NIKE), and Takashi Murakami, legendary pop artist with past collabs featuring Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, J. Balvin, Vogue, Louis Vuitton, Supreme, COMME des GARÇONS, and more.
For dessert, Chef Trujillo will serve a never seen before Oat-Based Soft Serve with Burnt Tortilla and Mexican Chocolate in a waffle taco shell, an avant-garde play on the ever popular Choco Tacos. And to top it off, bespoke custom Agua Fresca cocktails will be poured to fully complete the street taco experience.
Our pop-up food event is a one-of-a-kind creative dining experience that will leave you appreciating a new side of LA, food, flavor, tech, and the art of culinary craftsmanship. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a culture defining moment as we explore and kickoff this culinary street art revolution.
