The uOBMRI is pleased to be hosting its first ever Rockin' with the Docs event on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 7pm in One Up Cocktail Pub.
Join us to see the docs perform live, and bring awareness about Brain Health Research at the uOBMRI. Read below for the full lineup!
Meet our headliners and Docs of the hour....Phenotype.
Phenotype formed at the height of the COVID pandemic when like-minded individuals at the University of Ottawa, The Ottawa Hospital and the University of Ottawa Heart Institute picked up instruments to blow off some steam.
The band’s creative outlet evolved to entertaining their physician colleagues with songs from some of their favorite artists including The Beatles, U2 and The Black Keys. Phenotype created enough buzz to get the attention of CTV who dubbed them, “Docs who Rock”.
The evening will also feature a live performance by a local sensation, Vibes Trio.
