Rotary Day at Galway - District Conference, Celebration, & Community

An Epic Day of Service

Join us for an inspiring and action-packed day as Rotary District 5330 comes together to celebrate service, leadership, and community impact! This special event will feature engaging activities, impactful speakers, and well-deserved recognitions, culminating in an evening of celebration and fun.

Morning Activities

The day begins with the Interact Conference, where young leaders will participate in interactive games, team-building activities, and leadership development exercises. After this, Interact and Rotaract members will join forces to prepare for the Epic Day of Service, an initiative to make a tangible difference in the community.

They then will participate in an Epic Day of Service assembling wellness bags for foster children in the Inland Empire, reinforcing Rotary’s commitment to service. Rotarians are also welcome to join in the service project as they arrive. 

Afternoon Program

A heartfelt Celebration of Life presentation will honor and remember those who have impacted the Rotary community.

The program continues with an equestrian team demonstration featuring an exceptional performance of the National Anthem. Following this, attendees will gather for group photos, capturing the spirit of fellowship and service.

Rotary leaders will then lead a reflective moment, including the Pledge of Allegiance, a recitation of the 4-Way Test, and an inspiring Rotary Moment. Distinguished guests and VIPs will be introduced, setting the stage for the keynote address.

Our keynote speaker, Rotary International Trustee Vicki Puliz, will deliver an insightful and motivational speech that highlights Rotary's profound impact worldwide. 

The afternoon features the highly anticipated Club Awards and Rotary Award for Vocational Excellence (RAVE), recognizing outstanding contributions and achievements within District 5330 and our community.

Finally, we will have the “Passing of the Banner” as we celebrate Judy Zulfiqar’s year as District Governor and welcome District Governor Nyron McLean for 2025-2026.

Evening Festivities

A special Peace Pole dedication ceremony will take place, symbolizing Rotary’s ongoing commitment to peace and unity.

Another evening highlight will be the KCBS BBQ Award Presentations, honoring the best in barbecue craftsmanship and competition.

To close out this incredible day, attendees will gather for a lively dance party featuring music by Rotarian Larry Potter. The party will celebrate fellowship, service, and the event's successes.
