Springfield Supported Housing Programs' Annual Fundraiser 2024 "Cinco Dead Mayo"
DESCRIPTION
Springfield Supported Housing Programs (SSHP) mission is to be a person-centered program providing resources towards safe, stable, and affordable housing options while collaborating with community partners on all aspects of housing instability. This year we are celebrating seventeen years of providing housing assistance to households located in Northern Windham and Southern Windsor Counties.
To commemorate our time in service, and to honor our efforts, SSHP will be hosting our fourth annual fundraiser on the 4th of May designed to help us continue carrying out our important mission to the community. 43 households were literally homeless prior to SSHP financial assistance for security deposits. The demographic breakdown- Of the 123 households there were 101 adults and 87 children. We provided $153,000 to ensure that the vulnerable population were supported through financial assistance to maintain or secure housing.
We have been fortunate enough to partner with Magic Mountain for a "Cinco Dead Mayo'' concert on May 4th 2024 for our Annual Fundraising event! Headlining will be Zach Nugent & Dead Set. Music has a way of bringing people together and provides the community with entertainment that is fun and family oriented. We hope to create awareness about SSHP at this event and create more community involvement that will benefit people of all ages.
The location is in Londonderry, Vermont at Black Line Tavern at Magic Mountain. The Venue at Black Line Tavern will have food & beverage on site to order during the event. Dinner will be served from 5-8:30. The reserved VIP tables include table service! Doors will open for the event at 5PM. The music will begin at 7 PM.

ARRIVE AT 5 AND YOU GET THE PICK OF THE LITTER, ARRIVE AT 8 AND YOU'LL HAVE A GUARANTEED VIP TABLE WITH SERVICE BUT YOU'LL BE SITTING AT WHATEVER TABLES HAVEN'T BEEN CHOSEN.
