Stateline Shootout Media Registration

We invite you to join us for our Season Finale, the FX Construction Stateline Shootout. 

Las Vegas, NV - November 30 - December 2, 2023

This is a long loop course and most teams will do 3 laps. 

There will be Media Fees for this event. We will have Legacy Racing Association Media Vests available. Event Shirts will be provided to all media who pre-register. Come and see how Legacy Racing presents their form of World-Class, Championship-Caliber Off-Road Racing.

You will be able to pick up your Media Credentials November 30 Noon-1pm or  Friday, December 1 from 10 am- 3pm inside Buffalo Bills in Arena Foyer. There will be a Mandatory Media Meeting at 3pm Friday. Come for the meeting and pick up your credentials. 

Important Details: 

Media Registration will be at Buffalo Bills Hotel & Casino in the Arena Foyer - Friday, December 2 from 10 am to 3 pm 

Mandatory Media Meeting at 3pm in the Arena Foyer  

1. By applying for and receiving credentials for this event, you agree to supply Legacy Racing with sample images and video (whichever is applicable) from this event for Legacy's use in advertising and marketing their events.

2. You will be required to show your I.D., vest and lanyard from any racing organization and execute a Legacy Racing Association Liability Disclaimer.

3. DON'T FORGET - BRING YOUR NUMBERED VEST - We will have some on site for sale if you forget. 
4. Flags will be Required for this event. They will be $10, you can purchase now or when you sign up. They are NOT the same as other organizations so you will have to purchase one. 
5. DRONES must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.net prior to November 25^th
6. Helicopters must be registered with Legacy. Please e-mail us at Info@legacyracing.netprior to November 25^th
7. Refunds - Must cancel 48 hours prior to Race to receive a full refund (Wednesday November 29th)
