SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28TH & SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29TH
12pm - 6pm, last pour at 5:30pm
Ticket Price Schedule:
- Early Bird Tickets May 21 to June 30 - $39.99 for 5 tastings, $59.99 for 10 tastings
- General Admission Tickets July 1 to August 31 - $44.99 for 5 tastings, $64.99 for 10 tastings
- General Admission Tickets September 1 to September 27 - $49.99 for 5 tastings, $69.99 for 10 tastings
- Day of Ticket Sales (Onsite Only) September 28 & 29 - $55 for 5 tastings, $75 for 10 tastings
Online ticket sales will close at 9 am on the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased at the door for both days of the event, subject to availability. However, since this is a limited-capacity event, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to secure your spot.

Located in the heart of the festival, our Wine & Beer Garden spans over 13,000 square feet, offering ample seating, shaded areas, and plenty of space to dance. The Wine & Beer Garden is a ticketed event, open from 12:00pm to 6:00pm, with the last pour at 5:30pm.
Here's what your ticket includes:
- Entry to the Wine & Beer Garden (with in-and-out privileges)
- Choice of 5 or 10 tasting tickets - each tasting includes 2oz of wine or 3oz of beer
- Access to 30+ wineries, breweries, and distilleries
- Open shaded seating + a dance area

Please note that this is a 21 and over event, and valid identification indicating your age must be presented upon entry. We regrefully cannot admit anyone under 21, including children, into the Wine & Beer Garden.
FAQs:
Do you have Designated Driver tickets?
No. Since the festival is a fundraiser for the five La Jolla public schools, we don't have a designated driver ticket. All proceeds from our ticket sales go toward underfunded programs such as art, music, science, PE, technology, and onsite medical care. We will have food and water available. The live music is going to be great!
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event and will not be eligible for a refund.
Children may not enter the wine and beer garden.
Is there a seat assignment?
All tickets give you access to any available seating, there is no assigned seating.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Since we're a nonprofit event, purchased tickets are considered a donation.
Can I get a refund if there’s a change in performers, artists, acts, players or participating sponsors?
Performers, artists, acts, players, and participating sponsors are subject to change or cancel at any time without notice. No ticket refund will be issued.
Can I get a refund if it rains?
The Wine & Beer Garden is a RAIN or SHINE event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
Where is the Wine & Beer Garden located?
The Wine & Beer Garden is located in the heart of the Festival on the corner of Girard and Silverado.
When should I arrive?
The hours of the Wine & Beer Garden are 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with last call at 5:30 p.m. You may arrive anytime on the day of your ticket but keep in mind last pour is at 5:30 p.m.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We’re a pet friendly event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
We accept tickets displayed on your phone as well as printed. The option is yours.
Are food and drink available?
We will have participating food sponsors in the garden offering samples only. You may bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages purchased at the nearby gourmet food court. No glass containers are permitted.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Depending on availability, tickets for entry will be on sale at the door for $55-$75. Since this is a limited-capacity event, we highly recommend you purchase your tickets in advance as we plan to sell out. All tickets must be purchased through Events.com prior to arriving at the event.
Is there parking available?
There's ample street parking, as well as paid parking facilities, are available throughout La Jolla.

COVID Protocol
Wine & Beer Garden attendees and participating vendors agree to follow all current San Diego County, City, and CDC guidelines for COVID-19 at the time of the event in September 2024.
Drink Responsibly
- LJAWF Wine & Beer Garden is focused on providing a fun and educational atmosphere for guests to experience new wines, beers and spirits.
- All guests of the event are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the event.
- Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event, as determined by event security, will be denied entry.
- Any guest found intoxicated during the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by event security, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.
- All proceeds from the LJAWF benefit the five underfunded La Jolla public schools and their 4,000 students. Thank you for your support.
