About the Hosts

Josh King

With 10 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries, King has vast international experience managing private kitchens and catering events in Dubai, Moscow, and Monaco. Educated in London, his innovation creating unique dining experiences proved most valuable in bringing him to some of the most remote locations around the globe.

Trevor Bowles

Born and raised in San Diego, Bowles began his career at Bencotto before heading to Neighborhood as their General Manager. There he found his love for spirits, working closely with Anthony Schmidt and the crew behind Noble Experiment. He continued his pursuit at Soda & Swine and You & Yours Distilling Co. before heading to Blueprint Spirits.

Andrew Cordero

Best known for his funky cocktails, Cordero is an expert mixologist at one of San Diego's best cocktail lounges, Noble Experiment. Together with Bowles, his career at Bencotto launched him into San Diego's immersive food and beverage scene. He is also a consultant with Malahat Spirits.
