Respectapole Dance Fitness has arrived in Michigan!!!! We are a pole dance fitness studio! We have been in business since 2009 in the Hampton, VA area! We have now opened up in the Genesee County area in Michigan! We are super excited to offer our Valentine's Ladies Night Out!

If you are wondering what to do for Valentine's Day this year then this is for you!  Join us for our Valentine's Day Ladies Night Out Pole & Chair n' Lap Dance  Workshop. We are going to teach you pole dance fitness moves and then you will learn a very special chair n' lap dance routine that will be sure to seduce, tease, and blow your partner's mind. Let us help you prepare for Valentine's Day with this sexy workhsop. This will surely be loads of fun and laughs. Come by yourself or grab a girlfriend to come with you! Either way it's going to be a great time!

What to wear & Bring:

Black Shorts/Leggings

Red  or Black Tank Top

 White Oversized Button down Collar Dress Shirt (Just make sure it's roomy and not fitted)

Note: Dress code is optional but would be fun if we were all dressed in similar colors
