A New Vision:

Community Winter Thyme Oasis

We have embraced the opportunity to reimagine our Winter Community Oasis as an ecofriendly unheated greenhouse.

Decorated with the stark elements of winter and filled with twinkle lights, our community space will offer a cozy, magical atmosphere.

At the heart of the Oasis will be our giant rosemary bonsais, surrounded by leafy greens and herbs grown in grow bags and hay bales to insulate the roots and keep everything alive throughout the winter.

We are thrilled to offer a limited number of private botanical celebrations Nov- April in this unique setting for groups of up to 13 guests, complete with farm-to-table catering provided by Iron Rose Cottage.
